ONE TO ONE VOCAL TUITION

Hear Me Sing vocal lessons in Derby cater for anybody who loves to sing, whether that’s simply singing for pleasure, wanting to feel more confident with singing or if you need help with pursuing a career in singing.

 

All 1-2-1 singing lessons are held at our well equipped music studio in Derby or we also offer online vocal tuition via Skype or Zoom. Singing lesson durations are 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes. The vocal coach will guide you to the correct vocal practice, identify your strengths and weakness and set personalised singing lesson plans to ensure that you make progress.

***If you are considering taking singing exams, the London College of Music examinations in Pop Vocals and Musical Theatre are also available for students who would like to do singing grades***

Your introductory lesson

For your introductory singing lesson you will undertake a Vocal Assessment lesson - this enables us to assess your vocals and put a plan into place for your future vocal lessons. The singing lesson will consist of an informal chat to discuss past training and performance experience (if any), goals with regards to your singing, checking on current technique and identifying strengths and weaknesses. Most importantly making sure you are comfortable and happy you and your vocal coach are the right combination.

For your introductory singing lesson you will also need to prepare a song to showcase your voice to your vocal coach and don't forget to bring your water bottle!
